LaAIC-job publishes the forecast daily on its website, in the Caudales Programados section. The update includes the flows scheduled for the different uses of the system, with changes notified through the organization's official channels.
For the weekend, the forecast indicates maximums of 520 cubic metres per second and minimums of 500 from the El Chañar compensating dike, while the following days are expected to be lower. The figures correspond to average daily flows.
In an emergency, the procedure is simple: enter the AIC website and look for the Caudales Programados section. That consultation can help residents plan travel and take precautions in low-lying areas, without relying on an unsupported warning circulating on social networks.
